Cost to join Women on Weights is $60 for Grand Bend Fitness Centre members, $180 for non-members.

Women on Weights:
Women on Weights is a fun, 60 minute group personal training class.
Using a variety of resistance equipment, you'll learn how to get the most from your weight workout.
Learn how to complement your weights with easy, healthy nutrition tips, posture training and more.
This 6 week program consists of two classes per week and is offered three times per year. Please call us for starting dates.
