GREATER RESULTS
Intervals of cardio and muscular endurance.  Burn calories and have fun.  Start the week off right.

 

KICK BOXING
This powerful workout is a combination of martial arts, boxing and kick boxing all in one!  Using boxing gloves and punching bags, you'll punch and kick like you never thought you could.  Wraps and gloves are required.  Members can borrow these for the first class.  Long workout pants are recommended.
ENERGY 2 GO
Basic exercise movements put to good use in a high energy choreographed workout that will get your heart pumping.

 

CARDIO/RESISTANCE
A combination of cardio, ab and mat work, and resistance bands, ending with gentle stretching.
NOTE ABOUT FOOTWEAR
Kick boxing and karate are practiced in bare feet.  All other classes require clean indoor running shoes.
BEGINNERS KICK BOXING
Learn and/or review kick boxing basics.  We focus on how to stand, punch and kick discussing each kick boxing skill while you workout and practice.
