Stretch 'N' Tone:
Learn some basic martial arts moves that gets your heart pumping.  We work the entire body followed by partner stretching.  This assisted stretching allows you to stretch farther than you thought possible.  This is a gentle fitness class.

Class Instructor: John Dehondt

Requirements:
Clean indoor running shoes

Class Level: A great workout for all fitness levels.

Class Duration: 45 minutes.
