Step Aerobics :
Overall warm-up followed by basic movements of fun, choreographed patterns on a single step. Finishing up with various toning and stretching exercises completes this enjoyable workout.

Step/Cardio:  Easy to follow with or without a step.  For all fitness levels.

Class Instructor: Leslie Haddon & Emily Kobe

Requirements:
Clean indoor running shoes

Class Level: For all levels

Class Duration: 30-60 minutes

Tuesday's at 6:00 PM in Room # 1

Saturday's at 10:00 AM in Room # 2
