The Grand Bend Fitness Centre offers tanning by appointment or by chance.  Come and relax in the Lay Down tanning bed or try the efficiency of the Stand Up tanning booth.  Eye protection is required and can be purchased at the front desk.  Ask about our tanning products found at our retail store which will help you get and maintain that beautiful tan.

We carry a full range of sun tanning products including Australian Gold.

Individual sessions are customized for you!  Each session may include: nutritional counselling, resistance training programs, cardiovascular workouts and flexibility training.  Choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions.
