Don’t be a Victim
Self defence tactics and basics for women of all ages
This six-week program includes self-defence techniques, tactics and hands on practice. Each week you will learn new skills to help you stay safe. The 75-minute class includes hands on practice that will make you more confident each week. Class size is limited to 20 and is taught by John Dehondt, a 3rd degree black belt in karate, with assistance from his karate students.

Learn and practice kicking techniques to disable an attacker (with kick shields)

Defend against simulated situations and attackers (karate students last class)
The 6-week program will be held at the Grand Bend Fitness Centre.
