This powerful workout is a combination of martial arts, boxing, kick boxing all in one! Using boxing gloves and punching bags,
you'll punch and kick like you never thought you could.  be throwing punches and kick like

Requirements:
Wraps and gloves are required. Members can borrow these for the first class. Because of our hardwood floor, Kick Boxing is practiced in bare feet. Long workout pants recommended.
