Iron Yoga

Iron Yoga: Open to beginners as well as more experienced students.  This class incorporates the grace of yoga with the power of strength training.   A combination of Hatha yoga with light weights.  To honour a consistent class atmosphere, late comers are not permitted.

Class Instructor: Jennifer Tully

Requirements: Yoga mat

Class Level: All levels

Class Duration: 60 minutes.
